Eddy (head technician) and Kent (service advisor) kept me up to date with the work needed on my ageing X1 when I went in for the first oil change and service in some time. They gave a thorough assessment of the car, kept the price reasonable and got the work done in good time. I might have finally found a local mechanic that can keep my car going for a few more years, feeling confident they aren’t over-quoting or charging me for unnecessary work. The front office is also very neat, showing they must take pride in their work & professionalism. And their experience with German cars is a plus for a BMW with lots of Ks on the clock. Summary: ex-BMW techs with right knowledge and tools to get the job done. Well recommended. I noticed leak from rear differential output axle seal and contacted BM Garage for a quote. Was asked to bring car in for better diagnosis, where Eddy found rear bushing was torn and also needed replacement. Was quoted reasonable price given the tools and knowledge required. New diff oil, seal and bushing holding up well - here's to more happy km's thanks to Eddy, Henry and team at BM Garage.
