No — there are no hidden fees or costs. Evaluation, inspection and the transaction are all free. The price we agree is what lands in your account.
How quickly will I get paid?
Once we've looked over the car and agreed on a price, we pay you on the spot. Bank processing can take up to 24 hours for the funds to appear in your account.
Can you come to me, or do I have to bring the car in?
Either works. We'll come to you — we drive or fly out anywhere in Australia and can arrange free local pickup — or you're welcome at our showroom at 29 Metropolitan Avenue, Nunawading.
Can I sell a car that's still under finance?
Yes. You can sell even with an outstanding loan — the remaining balance is simply settled through the sale proceeds, and we take care of the details.
How do you work out my car's value?

What documents do I need to sell my car?
Your car's registration papers, proof of identity, and any service history. If the car is financed, bring the details of the outstanding balance.
