MM Carz 2025 冬/春更新:來自公路、陳列室同更遠地方嘅故事

As the weather warmed up and the days stretched out, the MM Carz team found themselves criss-crossing Australia, meeting incredible customers, discovering new places, and collecting the kinds of stories that remind us why we love this business. Winter and spring have been full of memorable moments, thoughtful gestures, late-night road trips, and even a few surprises involving oysters, martial arts, and McDonald's.

Here's a look at what's been happening behind the scenes at MM Carz.

A Season of Customers Going the Extra Mile

This season, we've been humbled by the lengths customers travelled to find the right car.

A lovely couple made the journey from Geelong to purchase a 豐田 Prado—an SUV that suits their lifestyle perfectly. Not long after, a dedicated buyer from South Australia boarded a flight just to secure a black 平治 from our showroom. We're always grateful when people go out of their way for MM Carz, and it pushes us to keep delivering the quality and experience we're known for.

And then there was Peter. A true standout.

Peter, a highly accomplished Karate and Judo master—and a former Olympic representative for Cyprus—visited us to purchase a 寶馬. Despite being 70 years young, he carries himself with the strength, discipline, and fitness of someone decades younger. His energy and attitude left a lasting impression on the entire team.

Gifts, Gratitude & Unexpected Surprises

This season brought several small but meaningful gestures from our customers.

A friendly buyer from the Yarra Valley surprised Jay with a bottle of Chandon—a thoughtful gift that definitely lifted spirits in the showroom.

Another customer, grateful and appreciative after purchasing their 保時捷, gifted Bob cans of abalone—a rare and generous treat. These gestures reflect the strong relationships MM Carz continues to build with buyers who feel more like friends than customers.

Adventures on the Road: From Torquay to Hobart

While many people know us for what happens in the showroom, some of our best stories happen out on the road.

Bob embarked on a late-night mission to Torquay, picking up a red 萬事得 MX-5 under the stars. Recently Bob drove over to Geelong for an Alphard and a 特斯拉 Model Y. Somewhere between cars and kilometres, he took a quiet break at McDonald's—sitting in the car, enjoying a moment of calm in the rain, and resetting for the journey ahead. These are the kinds of simple, relatable moments that make the long nights memorable.

Henry had his own adventures this season. He made a nostalgic stop in Doncaster 寶馬, catching up with former colleagues and even visiting his old desk—a small but meaningful reminder of how far the journey has taken him.

Soon after, Henry flew down to Hobart, where he secured a 2021 平治 A45 AMG. True to form, he turned the trip into an experience, stopping by Blue Lagoon Oysters for some of Tasmania's best seafood before hopping on another flight—this time to Canberra—to acquire a 豐田 RAV4. Two states, two cars, one big adventure.

Inside the Showroom: New Screens & New Scenes

Back home, the team kept things lively.

Just in time for the AFL Grand Final, a brand new TV was installed in the showroom—perfect for customers, staff, and supporters popping by during one of the most anticipated days on the Australian sporting calendar. The atmosphere was buzzing, and the new screen definitely earned its keep.

On the service side, we continued improving quality behind the scenes, with fresh 寶馬 genuine parts ordered for BM Garage. Authentic parts mean better performance and long-term reliability, and we're committed to keeping our customers' vehicles in top form.

And for a bit of cultural flair, Bob even travelled to Japan, sourcing cars while enjoying local cuisine—because a work trip is never just a work trip when Japanese food is involved.

Looking Ahead

Winter and spring have been full of stories—big and small—that capture the spirit of MM Carz: genuine people, memorable journeys, and a shared passion for great cars. As we move closer to the end of 2025, we remain grateful for every customer who walks through our doors (or flies across states), every car that becomes part of someone's next chapter, and every experience that brings us all a little closer.

Here's to more stories, more travels, and more roads leading back to MM Carz.
