Jay joined us back in May as a Sales Consultant, and since then he’s been busy helping customers find their next car — and giving people a look behind the scenes through our social content on Rednote. Most mornings, Jay starts around nine o’clock. His day usually involves welcoming walk-ins, going out on test drives, and following up with Carsales leads. He also works on creating content for our socials, which gives people a taste of what it’s like inside the showroom.

First Sale
Like anyone starting out, Jay remembers his first sale clearly. It didn’t happen right away — it came on his fourth day with a red 2003 Toyota Echo . That moment gave him a sense of momentum, and it’s stuck with him ever since.

Atmosphere
One thing Jay talks about often is the atmosphere at MM Carz. For him, it’s the team spirit and supportive environment that make the job rewarding. It’s not just about selling cars — it’s about working in a place where people enjoy what they do.

Outside work
